 Welcome to Curatio Medical Institute’s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program! Here at Curatio, “we care for you so you can care for others”. Below is a detailed breakdown of the fees associated with our program to help you understand what is included and plan accordingly.

Program Fee Structure
1. Tuition Fee: $1,999.00

Covers all classroom, skills and clinical training hours required for CNA certification in Virginia.

2. Registration Fees: $ 100.00

Non-refundable administrative fee for program enrollment.

3. Course Materials: Included

Includes power points, hand outs, and supplemental study guides.

4. Lab Supplies: Included

Includes gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment (PPE) required for hands-on training.

5. Clinical Practicum Fees: Included

Covers liability insurance, drug testing, background check, clinical site orientation and access, and administrative costs.

6. Background Check and Drug Screening: Included 

Required by Virginia state regulations for clinical participation.

7. Technology Fees: Included

Covers access to the online learning platform and additional course tools.

Fees that are not Included: 

1. Travel Expenses:  Transportation to and from training or clinical sites is not included. 
2. Meals: Students are responsible for their own meals during training sessions.
3. Uniforms: Students need to purchase a set of scrubs. 
4. State Examination Fee:  $ 140.00  The cost of the CNA certification exam (written and skills portions). Please note you must take the exam within 120 days once you complete your CNA training. Visit Virginia Test Takers | Credentia | Credentia for more exam register and guidance. 

Payment Instructions: 

• Pay the total program fee upfront due 5 days before the course start.
• Cash Payment: Please ensure you pay cash with one of the school representative onsite. 
• Check Payment: Make the check payable to Curatio Medical Institute and drop or mail to the school address.
