 Tina M. Dorau, DNP, MSN, RN, CRRN, CNE, CHSE, is an accomplished nursing educator  and practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and nursing education. Tina  specializes in curriculum development, simulation education, and NCLEX preparation. As the  Nursing Program Chair at Herzing University for eight years, she has led accreditation  processes, developed innovative teaching methods, and enhanced student success. Her  clinical expertise spans acute rehabilitation, telemetry, medical-surgical nursing, and home  health care.  Tina’s dedication to advancing nursing education has earned her numerous awards,  including Educator of the Year (2023). At Curatio Medical Institute, she serves as the Program Chair of the CNA, committed to  fostering excellence in healthcare education. 

Dr. Traci Henry, DNP, MSN, RN, is a nursing education leader with more than 30 years of clinical and academic experience. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Systems. Dr. Henry has served in leadership roles at Chamberlain University and Herzing University, where she directed faculty development and national NCLEX initiatives that improved student outcomes. As an NCLEX expert and mentor, she is dedicated to preparing the next generation of nurses with excellence and compassion.

Julieanne George, MSN, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, CNML, NC-BC, is an experienced nurse leader and educator with over 20 years of clinical and academic experience. She holds dual master’s degrees in Nursing Administration and Healthcare Business Administration and is board certified in Nurse Executive Leadership and Nurse Coaching. Julieanne has served in senior nursing roles at the National Institutes of Health and Inova Health System and has taught nursing students across multiple institutions. At Curatio Medical Institute, she brings her passion for mentoring future healthcare professionals as the CNA Primary Instructor.

Caoyuan Ma, Ph.D. is a dedicated language educator and curriculum specialist supporting course enrollment and language training for the CNA program at Curatio Medical Institute, especially for those learners whose first language is not English. With a strong background in ESL instruction, curriculum development, and student transition support, she ensures that non-native English speakers gain the language proficiency needed to excel in CNA training.

With over eight years of experience in language education and instructional planning, Caoyuan has worked with diverse student populations, helping them navigate academic programs and adapt to professional environments. Her expertise in linguistic analysis, proficiency-based learning, and cultural adaptation makes her an essential guide for CNA students working toward their career goals.

Caoyuan holds a Ph.D. in TESOL from the University of Central Florida, a Master’s in Special Education from the University of Rochester, and extensive experience in ESL and Mandarin instruction. At Curatio Medical Institute, she plays a key role in helping students succeed both linguistically and academically.

Christina Cariaga, LPN,  is a Licensed Practical Nurse with extensive experience in both military and civilian healthcare settings. A decorated U.S. Army nursing graduate and skilled educator, she has provided over 4,500 hours of direct patient care and led medical instruction for soldiers and civilians alike. Christina brings a passion for mentorship, clinical excellence, and leadership to her role at Curatio Medical Institute. Known for her structured yet compassionate teaching style, Christina creates a supportive learning environment that emphasizes critical thinking, accountability, and hands-on mastery.

Jillian Roth, RNC-OB, is a Registered Nurse with nearly 18 years of experience, specializing in labor and delivery. She spent 16 years at the bedside and seven years as a school nurse, often balancing both roles. Her passion for teaching led her to instruct practical nursing courses, where she finds fulfillment in mentoring the next generation of nurses. Known for her compassionate approach and clinical insight, Jane brings real-world experience into the classroom to prepare students for impactful careers in healthcare.
